March, 2017 when I started going to the gym. As insecure as I was, I showed up at 530 in the morning everyday in the beginning for about 21 days till it became a habit. I train even on days I don't feel like it. I train even if all I can do is run on the treadmill for 20 minutes. October, 2017 when I started lifting a barbell. I fell in love. I know I got a lot of work to do. But I am willing to grind hard. Strength is built overtime and I do not intend to cheat to get the results I want. I watch youtube videos, read books about lifting, and ask gym bros/gals advices. I try ro eat healthy ( I swear I try), I sleep 8 hours and I take these supplements. And Here are my rest day activities.
